Alone - Balance - Special Attack Wrapup

So this week I'm finally almost done from special attacks, so let's talk about that for the last time.

Starting with, equipment changes.

Light armour has been tweaked so that it not only increases the amount of rage you generate whilst wearing it, but it also increases the maximum amount of rage. Additionally, the starting amount of rage has been reduced to 3 - so this makes equipping yourself properly more important if you want to use special attacks.

Medium armour also gives you some rage bonuses if you don't want to go fully light.

Now, let's talk about Special Attack unlocking.

Instead of modifying them, as the original plan was, you don't start out with a full bank of special attacks anymore - instead you have to work on unlocking the rest.

And how do you unlock the rest ? By defeating certain enemies. Boss enemies to be exact.

This new interface is part of the character sheet, and describes progress towards unlocking special attack levels, or entirely new special attacks, and what must be defeated to do so.

Since which boss enemy turns up in the crypt is entirely random, each player will have a slightly different experience of what gets unlocked when, which will hopefully lead to some interesting strategic uses.
